生物活性 | Measure by its ability to chemoattract BaF3 cells transfected with human CXCR3. The ED50 for this effect is < 0.2 μg/mL. |
纯度 | > 98% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Ni-NTA chromatography. |
内毒素 | < 0.1 EU/μg |
制剂 | The protein was lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution containing 1 × PBS, pH 7.4. |
复融 | It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile water to a concentration not less than 100 μg/mL. Do Not Vortex! Vigorous shaking may impair the biological activity of the protein. |
储存条件 | Lyophilized protein should be stored at -5~-20℃ for 1 year. Upon reconstitution, store at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week. Further dilute in a buffer containing a carrier protein or stabilizer (e.g. 0.1% BSA, 10% FBS, 5% HSA or 5% trehalose solution), protein aliquots should be stored at -5~-20℃ or -80℃ for 3-6 months. |
运输条件 | Ambient temperature or ice pack. |
有效期 | 12个月 |
背景介绍 | CXCL10, belongs to the CXC chemokine family, is also known as IP-10. CXCL10 was originally identified as a responsor to IFN-gamma in monocytes, endothelial cells and fibroblasts. The effects of this chemokine can be induced by binding to the cell surface chemokine receptor CXCR3. Research shows that CXCL10 is a chemoattractant for activated T-lymphocytes, monocytes and macrophages. It also has other functions, such as promotion of T cell adhesion to endothelial cell. |
