复融 Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in sterile water. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
储存条件 Lyophilized protein should be stored at -5~-20℃, stable for one year after receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2-8℃ for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at -5~-20℃ for 3 months.

背景介绍 Interleukin-8 (IL-8) belongs to the neutrophil-specific CXC family of Chemokines. It is one of the initial Cytokines released from a variety of cell types, including T cells, endothelial cells and fibroblasts, in response to an inflammatory stimulus and acts by recruiting neutrophils, T-cells and basophils to the site of inflammation. Elevated Interleukin-8 levels are associated with the onset of a variety of disease states.
