储存条件 Lyophilized protein should be stored at -5~-20℃, stable for one year after receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2-8℃ for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at -5~-20℃ for 3 months.

背景介绍 Mouse vascular Endothelial Growth Factor D, (VEGFD) is a member of the platelet-Derived Growth Factor/vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (PDGF/VEGF) family. VEGFD is a secreted Protein and highly expressed in fetal and adult lung. It undergoes a complex proteolytic maturation, generating multiple processed forms that bind and activate VEGFR-2 and VEGFR-3 Receptors. The structure and function of this Protein is similar to VEGFC. VEGFD is Growth Factor which active in angiogenesis, lymphangiogenesis, and Endothelial cell Growth, stimulating their proliferation and migration and also has effects on the Permeability of blood vessels.
