检测原理	钙离子（Calcium）作为生物机体的重要金属离子，不仅参与细胞内信号传导，还在细胞的许多生命活动中担当着重要角色，因此检测钙离子浓度在实验研究中具有重要意义。本测试盒检测钙离子浓度用到的探针在细胞外并无荧光，当进入细胞后，被细胞内酯水解会发射绿色荧光，其荧光在激发波长490 nm和发射波长525 nm附近有最大波峰，强度与细胞内钙离子水平成正比。
