| 产品简介 | BME培养基全称Basal Medium Eagle，由Harry Eagle于1955年设计的，最初用于Hela细胞和小鼠成纤维细胞的培养。BME培养基以BSS为基础，添加8种维生素，13种氨基酸，成分简单，适用于各种细胞系和特殊研究，是细胞培养中最常用的培养基之一。此外，BME培养基还是其他许多培养基的基础，如MEM、DMEM、Glasgow's等均是在BME基础上改良的培养基。 本产品含有多类细胞培养所需的氨基酸、维生素、无机盐等多种成分，但不含蛋白质、脂类或任何生长因子，故此产品需搭配血清或无血清添加物使用。 |
