检测原理

Caspase 4也称Ich-2(ICE and CED-3 homolog 2)，也叫TX和ICErel-II，可以和Apaf-1相互作用，并参与细胞色素c导致的caspase 3激活，Caspase 4也可以和caspase 14相互作用。本caspase 4活性检测试剂盒是基于caspase 4可以催化底物Ac-LEVD-pNA产生黄色的pNA(p-nitroaniline)，pNA在405nm附近有强吸收，从而可以通过测定吸光度来检测caspase 4的活性。
