| 产品简介 | 胰蛋白酶（Trypsin）是一种丝氨酸水解酶，它能把多肽链中赖氨酸和精氨酸残基中的羧基侧切段，水解细胞间的蛋白质，破坏细胞间的连接，从而使组织或贴壁细胞离散成单个细胞。胰酶分散细胞的活性与组织或细胞的特性、胰酶浓度、温度和作用时间有关，在pH8.0和37℃时，胰酶的作用能力最强，因此使用胰酶时，应把握好浓度、温度和时间，以免消化过度造成细胞损伤。 一般常用胰酶的工作浓度为0.25%，而半贴壁细胞或对胰酶敏感的细胞常采用低浓度（0.05%）的胰酶进行细胞消化。由于EDTA能够螯合Ca²⁺和Mg²⁺，从而破坏细胞连接促进细胞的解离，因此在胰酶溶液中常常会加入一定量的EDTA混合使用，以增强解离效果。 |

| 注意事项 |
1. 由于不同的组织或者细胞对胰酶的作用反应不一样，因此操作人员应根据实际情况，确定最佳消化时间；消化细胞时间不宜过长，否则会影响细胞贴壁和生长状况； 2. 使用本产品时应注意无菌操作，避免污染； 3. 不宜长时间放置于室温环境或2-8℃长期保存； 4. 2-8℃中解冻，摇匀后使用，切忌反复冻融，用量较少时建议分装冻存； 5. 由于D-Hank's平衡盐溶液NaHCO₃含量较低（0.35 g/L），因此该型胰蛋白酶溶液不能用于5% CO₂的环境，若放入CO₂培养箱，溶液将迅速变酸，使用时应注意； 6. 本产品仅用于科研或进一步研究使用，不用于诊断和治疗。 |
